Google Glass Now Accepting App For Consumer

Google may be glass, one of our most talked about technological projects of the last decade. Now, the technology giant is accepting applications for its purchase experimental glasses buyers every day.
The contest application will allow users everyday to get their hands on “glasses” augmented reality, but only if they prove why they deserve technology.
The competition was launched on the official website of glass which was launched specifically for the contest. On Google offers three links: “How It Feels”, “what is” and “How to get”.
“How it feels” link leads users to a video that showcases glass technology Google. The video shows dozens of Google users who benefit from glass glasses integrated voice recognition on board, hands-free video recording, photo and video capture and other features.

Google has also revealed that the project will offer Google glass glasses five color options: Charcoal, Tangerine, shale, cotton and Sky.
To accept the glasses Google needs to know what you’ll do with the glasses using the hashtag #ifihadglass. Users must reply this question in 50 words or little via Twitter or Google+.
If you want to brown nose your way to a pair of glass company Google will also accept up to five photos and a short video of 15 seconds.
Winners will be selected on Google+ (+ ProjectGlass account) and on Twitter via @ProjectGlass.
This contest marks the first time anyone other than employees of Google and developers will have access to Google glass project.
Google will choose its new lens wearers Google Feb. 27.
According to Google:
“Explorers each need to pre-order a drink Explorer Edition $ 1500 plus taxes and attend a special gathering experience in person in New York, San Francisco or Los Angeles.”
