Step 1:(Downloading Software)
Download the logon screen changer software from the given link(scroll down the link page):
Step 2:(Running Software File)
After Downloading the Software to your PC in Your Software extract the zipped folder using Winrar Software if you don’t have it(Dowload Link) after that run the “Win7LogonBackgroundChanger.exe” file from extracted files..
Step 3:(Selecting Wallpaper)
At this step select the location at your PC where the Wallpaper File is Saved by clicking on “Choose a folder” Option…
Step 4:(Click on Yes and you are Done)
After this click on the Yes option and the wallpaper will be applied within a few moments:
